Naples Waterfront Lots Sell for $225 Mil
Three waterfront lots on Gordon Drive puts Naple's exclusive Port Royal in focus
Brokered by Michael McCumber of The McCumber Group at Gulf Coast International Properties, three adjacent waterfront lots on Gordon Drive proved too irresistable to the undisclosed buyer.
The lots, at 2170, 2200 and 2340 Gordon Drive mark a turning point for Port Royal, which is already the most coveted neighborhood in Naples. Most recently, another Port Royal home at 575 Admiralty Parade West was sold for $85 million to billionaire and philanthropist David Hoffmann and his wife.
A new clubhouse is under construction after significant damage from Hurricane Ian. The private beach club Port Royal Clubhouse is spending $100 million for it's major glow up.
The three lots had been under the stewardship of the DeGroote family of Canada for decades and has been listed since 2023 for $295 million. The largest lot, 2200 Gordan Drive, sits in the middle and boasts 8.5 acres while an adjacent lot is over 3 acres.
